Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, organic coconut milk)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 large handful baby spinach
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, coconut milk)
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3 tablespoons natural raw organic peanut butter*
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Organic chocolate chips on top, for serving (optional)
Banana Mango Avocado Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1 cup mango chunks, frozen
1 cup spinach
1/2 medium avocado
1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, coconut milk)
Splash of vanilla extract
Few drops of stevia extract or other sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, place all ingredients.
Blend until smoothie. Pour into 1 large or 2 small cups.
