What does the worddietmean to you? The word actually comes from the Greek word “diaita,” which means “a way of life.” For many people, however, it means following a specific food plan to lose weight. Once the weight is off, many people go back to their old eating habits. Weight can easily be lost; but the biggest problem seems to be keeping that weight off in a lasting way. With a proper nutrition plan your weight will drop off even WITHOUT exercising. You will not only lose weight but you will keep it off “forever without struggle, deprivation, or calorie restriction.

Why do I call it an 'Against-diet Plant? Because you're not really limited in what you can eat, or rather, in what you can choose to eat. You can eat pretty much anything you like. That's right, you can actually enjoy your meal. And there is no calorie counting !!

What does “Nutrition” Plan means? Nutrition comes directly from Latin “nutritionem” (nominative nutritio) "a nourishing, providing nourishment, being nourished specifically”.

This customized nutrition plan is the best way of matching your diet (“a way of life”) to your body needs, in order for you to get the proper nutrients. Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
